Interpreting and translating my designs, drawings and photographs into textiles has led me into using a wide variety of traditional and non traditional materials that make up the finished pieces.
As this is a constantly developing process I find the work can vary between small framed pieces and large wall hangings and room dividers.
At present I am producing a series of still life paintings depicting the interior of my house with all its nooks and cranny’s.
My work extends to clothing and accessories, and I have recently completed a commission for a handbag, which was presented to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth 11 on May 24th 2007.
