Where we’re based

Our central three-story office is based in Canterbury, Kent. It’s a beautiful old building with lots of character and we’ve really made it our own since being here. Although, we’re missing the cliché agency decorations like neon signs and ball pits – got a beer (and gin) fridge for the drinkers though. Oh, and two office dogs. So we’re halfway there.

As a creative team, we thrive when we’re together in the office: brainstorming, strategising and pondering ideas. We want our office to be an inspiring, collaborative learning environment. But we’re all human; we get the need for flexibility. So, we take a hybrid approach to working, with flexible hours that mean you work when you’re most productive.

We do team socials, lunches, and naughty food deliveries. We’ve recently started doing Lunch and Learns, where we order in pizza and someone delivers a training session on their chosen subject.

On top of that, we do all the usual stuff. Flexible working, birthdays off. Annual leave is 22 days plus bank holidays, and we shut between Christmas and New Year to give our team a proper break – and no, you won’t be asked to use your annual leave for that.

We aim to have fun at work, and celebrate the small stuff. Recognition is important to us, as is team collaboration, building a great culture and helping everyone feel a real sense of purpose.
