As an Account Manager here, you'll be at the heart of the agency; building relationships, hitting deadlines and making sure clients are happy.

You’ll work across departments like web development, social media and strategy to manage the delivery of marketing plans. You’ll combine client relationship management with project management; taking ownership of client accounts and their growth.

Ideally you should have at least three years’ experience in marketing or account management. You’ll have excellent written and communication skills and be able to get on with all types of people. You’ll be used to managing projects and people to get the job done to the highest standard, whatever the obstacles. You’ll also be confident in putting together client proposals and presentations.


You'll be joining a fun, creative team of people and given a high level of responsibility and autonomy. It’s a sociable place and the team has lots of fun together.

You’ll be given flexible hours which looks like:

  • A reduced 35-hour week.
  • Core hours are 10 am – 3 pm.
  • Flexible working outside of these hours.

23 days holiday, plus Christmas closing, plus bank holidays.
