Founded over 10 years ago, they’ve helped brands like Pfizer, NHS, Hyundai, STA Travel and Tesco transform their brand, marketing and sales. The team consists of creatives, designers and digital strategists, but they’re missing a talented Client Services Director to pull them all together.
As the Client Services Director, you will…
- Demonstrate traits of patience, curiosity and strategic thinking
- Own client relationships, being the first port of call when clients are facing any challenges or frustrations
- Develop genuine partnerships, based on mutual understanding, respect and friendship
- Remember the meaningful stuff like clients’ professional and personal milestones; celebrating success and showing your unwavering support.
Along with building and nurturing client relationships, you’ll be doing the same for your team, too. By their own admission, they’re lacking in the organisation department! You’ll be testing new ways of working, tightening up processes and developing the team to reach their full potential.
This is a diverse, fast paced role. You’ll be part of the senior leadership team, meaning you’ll be empowered to make important decisions critical to the agency’s success. You will need at least 5 years’ agency experience and be able to demonstrate success in growing client accounts.
Salary is between £50,000-£60,000 based on experience, plus generous annual and quarterly bonuses. Annual leave is 23 days per year, plus bank holidays and flexible working is offered.
