We are looking for a lead growth hacker to take our demand generation machine & strategy to the next level of international growth.
You'll own the complete global demand generation pipeline with the goal of enabling sales to generate revenue and scale for growth.
You'll strategize, execute, and report on multi-channel lead generation programs across inbound channels, including email, content marketing, paid search, social advertising, landing pages, forms CTA’s.
You must have a working understanding of lead generation strategy, lead nurturing and qualifying, and demonstrated ability to grow B2B high-tech pipeline.
We'd love it if you had experience with Hubspot CRM and familiarity with common sales management tools to scale & manage lead generation programs.
You'll likely be data-driven and excited about tracking KPI’s including funnel conversion metrics to report on campaign performance, and to develop and own strategies for improvement.
SaaS experience a plus.
Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to create awareness of the company’s capabilities and produce highest qualified leads.
Coordinate with the Creative Director to develop landing pages, web forms and other web-based lead mechanisms.
Work with the Marketing Director to create engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
Manage and execute lead generation campaigns, workflows and marketing to sales lead process, including lead scoring and other lead qualifying metrics.
Work with the SVP Global Marketing to plan and execute on global demand generation strategy, while owning the lead pipeline.
Help develop systems and processes with other departments and team members to improve work flow among team.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate the company's end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Adjust and make recommendations based on KPI’s.
Work with the team to build and nurture strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors by developing co-marketing lead generation programs utilizing shared links, webcasts, podcasts and other tactics.
Grow pipeline by creating, executing and driving the demand generation strategy for lead creation, lead nurturing and customer marketing with clear objectives, creative and effective strategies and precision execution
Knowledge of how to maximize ROI on physical events & tradeshows with strategic lead nurturing plan, pre event promotion, creative execution and post event follow up.
4+ years’ experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Hubspot preferred) for lead generation, nurturing, and sales funnels.
Formal education, training, and experience in digital marketing.
Advanced digital marketing experience with deep understanding of the importance of mobile, web and other apps and user technologies that affect user behavior and trends.
Minimum of 8+ years progressive marketing experience.
Minimum 6+ years of demand generation/lead generation experience preferably in a tech company.
Ability to work well with a diverse/international team in a bootstrapped and dispersed environment, but also comfortable working alone/remotely.
Experience developing integrated demand generation strategies and executing campaigns with a proven record of supporting sales to meet and exceed pipeline and revenue targets
Excellent communicator with ability to clearly convey ideas and data in writing and present to diverse audiences including executive management.
Ability to track, measure, and report on analytics and performance metrics.
Experience working with businesses in international markets in Europe and Asia.
