Oh, and you’ve got 25 years of experience in SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads, HubSpot, email marketing, website optimisation, graphic design and every acronym beginning with C.

Who we are

RedSprout Media is a digital marketing agency based in Canterbury. We specialise in creating inbound marketing strategies for our clients who are based all over the UK (and beyond).

We work with B2B companies in the recruitment, finance/legal and tech sectors. Don’t panic, you won’t need experience in these areas. Our clients are the subject experts, and we collaborate to bring their brands to life.

We are two years old and since then, we’ve grown to a team of 8 people with over 15 current clients – pretty good going, keeping in mind the global pandemic!

To make sure our clients are getting the best service possible, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our existing client services team.


Account Manager at RedSprout Media

  • You’re a central point of contact across the agency, with a deep understanding of each of your clients’ needs and goals
  • You coordinate different RedSprout teams to ensure all work meets the brief, is delivered on time and to a brilliant standard
  • You take a proactive approach to identifying issues early on and looking for solutions
  • You take pride in owning and running parts of our business with autonomy and trust
  • You’re confident leading client update meetings, presenting work and giving recommendations based on your understanding of the client
  • You mentor junior members of the team and know how to delegate, issue thorough briefs and give helpful feedback


Your skills/experience

  • A broad understanding of digital marketing (SEO, paid, email, automation, social)
  • A strategic mind and creative thinker to solve problems before they arise
  • Developing content strategies to meet clients’ goals and agency KPIs
  • Confident building relationships and bringing ideas to the table
  • Knowledge of agency-client relationships and processes
  • Strong communication – proactive in sharing updates, issues, ideas
  • Listening to clients’ needs and taking initiative 
  • Writing and analysing reports to give recommendations

That being said, we’re NOT your typical ‘work hard, play hard’ agency. We’re rarely in the office after 5pm. Most of us work from home on a Friday or do half-days. Like most employers, we’re hybrid now – so we do a mix of in-office and home working. Whatever suits you. And we prioritise your development, building your confidence and equipping you with all the tools to be AMAZING at your job. Because we want you to love it.

There’s the other stuff like you’ll have your birthday off, 22 days holiday + bank hols, we shut over Christmas – but that doesn’t make us stand out.
